DR. DORNAN: Rep. Robert K. Dornan (R-Garden Grove) took to the floor of the House this week to offer advice to Magic Johnson. Dornan later added: “You can’t tell young people that one little thin sheet of latex is the answer without discussing options. We owe it to the youth of America to explain there’s no such thing as safe sex. There never has been. . . . We really should be thinking also about abstinence, particularly for young people, and . . . about marriage (or) at least monogamous relationships.”
