Not So ‘Excellent!’

Regarding “ Road Trip ! . . . to ‘Wayne’s World’ ” (Nov. 3):
I stopped watching “Saturday Night Live” primarily because of the “Wayne’s World” segment. It dismays me to learn of a possible movie, but then homophobia is as acceptable in Hollywood as on television.
“SNL’s” great progressive humor has given way to “Wayne’s World’s” gay bashing and having hosts like Andrew Dice Clay.
