Photo Message

In regard to the photograph by Tom Keck, “Light on Their Feet,” (Oct. 30): I don’t know if Mr. Keck is aware that in some areas of San Diego (i.e. Mission Beach), this is a sign indicating that drugs can be purchased in the area. I don’t believe that this is the type of message The Times wants to convey to the public.
