A STRUGGLE: Even though Anita Hill increased awareness of sexual harassment, it remains a legal dilemma for its victims. “If it’s just one on one, your word against the man’s, you usually don’t have a chance,” says Corona del Mar attorney Pat Herzog, who specializes in harassment matters. “It’s also tough to get a lawyer to take your case unless you can show that the harassment has caused substantial damages. Yes, you should fight it, if you can. But sometimes the only answer is to quit your job.”
