Mail Boxes Coast to Coast Inc. in Glendale reported a $75,456 loss for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, on a 50% plunge in revenue to $106,898. A year earlier, the company earned $17,767 on $214,677 in revenue.

In the nine months ended Sept. 30, the company reported $427,515 in net income on $393,307 in revenue. The results included about $600,000 from the sale of its New York-area franchise. A year before, Mail Boxes earned $81,199 on $592,652 in revenue.
