Local Hero: Burt Lancaster has been named the 27th recipient of the Screen Actors Guild Achievement Award. A tribute to his career and humanitarian efforts will be held Dec. 15 in Universal City. The 77-year-old actor has been recuperating from a stroke he suffered about a year ago.
