Terminal Data’s Profit for 4th Quarter Is $105,000

Terminal Data Corp., a Moorpark supplier of document imaging devices, reported a $105,000 profit in its fiscal fourth quarter that ended Sept. 30 on a 12% gain in revenue to $5.85 million.

A year earlier, the company lost $1.53 million on $5.25 million in revenue.

Terminal Data attributed its improved results to increased shipments of its electronic scanner products and its new check-processing microfilmer products.

For its full fiscal year, the company narrowed its loss to $1.82 million from a $3.33 million loss in fiscal 1990.

Revenue slipped 2% to $21.1 million from $21.5 million.
