World IN BRIEF : YUGOSLAVIA : EC Judges to Look at Rights of Serbs

The Serb-dominated Yugoslav army pounded Osijek in eastern Croatia despite a U.N.-sponsored truce, but elsewhere the cease-fire generally appeared to be holding. In The Hague, meanwhile, the president of a panel of European Community judges said his group will consider the rights of Serb minorities in Croatia and in the neighboring republic of Bosnia-Herzegovina.
