BLACK EDUCATION: A one-day symposium on “Critical Issues in African-American Education: Causes and Solutions” will be held Tuesday at Cal State Northridge. The conference will include a motivational workshop for high school students and a panel discussion by educators.
COLLEGE DEDICATION: Mission College, after operating out of temporary quarters for 16 years, will dedicate its permanent 22-acre campus in Sylmar on Tuesday.
