New Library
To be a world-class city and maintain the kind of reputation that attracts tourists, as well as business and professional interests, we must ensure that our high-visibility areas are beautiful and crime free.
The best way to gain this kind of reputation is to build a new central library at Lane Field. This would go far to counter the negative reputation our Southern California city often endures.
Tourists and investors alike look for beauty, stability, family values and safety. What else could accomplish this as well?
