Pilatus Update: Rob Pilatus, the Milli Vanilli lip-syncer who tried to kill himself last weekend, became suicidal when he combined an anti-depressant drug with alcohol, his publicist says. Pilatus, 27, remained in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Tuesday morning, and will undergo psychological counseling for recent bouts with depression, according to publicist Joel Parker. “Pilatus apparently misapplied the dosage of his prescription drug, which he was using for the first time, combining it with alcohol, which caused his irrational behavior,” Parker said. He said Pilatus did not use any illegal drugs. Parker denied reports that Pilatus slashed his wrist, saying he had bruised his left wrist during the evening.
