IBM and Quotron in Pact: The computer giant and Citicorp’s struggling Los Angeles-based Quotron Systems Inc. division agreed on an expanded relationship that should let Quotron slash its costs and IBM enlarge its beachhead on Wall Street. The five-year agreement calls for IBM to install and service Quotron equipment and support its customers.
