Veteran attorney Stephen F. Keller, 53, has been named chairman of Santa Anita Realty Enterprises Inc., replacing Royce B. McKinley, 70, who is retiring as chairman and chief executive on Jan. 1. Glenn L. Carpenter, the 49-year-old president of the Arcadia-based real estate investment firm, will assume the additional post of chief executive when McKinley retires.
