World IN BRIEF : GERMANY : DC-3 Crash Kills Film Crew Members
Actors and members of a film crew were among 26 people killed when a World War II-era DC-3 airliner crashed into a fog-shrouded hill, near Heidelberg, officials said. Police had an unconfirmed list of passengers, who included actors and extras, but said bad weather might delay identifications until today or Tuesday. A man who survived the crash was hospitalized in critical condition, and a man and a woman were in serious condition. The fourth survivor ran three miles through the woods to call the police. The 1942 plane had been rented by the German film company Cinema Concetta.
