Stan Hadden, 35, a senior administrative aide to state Senate President Pro Tempore David A. Roberti and one of the most influential voices on AIDS policies in Sacramento. He was credited with spurring the passage of the Senate bill which established the California AIDS Advisory Committee in 1983 and the 1985 legislation which encouraged a coordinated approach to local AIDS Programs and services.
