Co-owner Gregg Lukenbill of the Sacramento Kings faces foreclosure on 68 acres of industrial land he owns in North Natomas near the Kings’ old arena.

Western Federal Savings and Loan filed the notice of foreclosure at the Sacramento County Recorder’s Office on Monday, the same day Lukenbill and partner Joe Benvenuti were notified that foreclosure proceedings had begun on their Sacramento Hyatt Regency hotel.
