BUSINESS NEWS : Work Finished on Jim Dickson Realtors Office

Jim Dickson Realtors has completed the renovation and restoration of the two-story office building at 336 S. Lake Ave., Pasadena, that will serve as the company’s corporate office.

The structure was designed in 1950 by Welton Becket & Associates for B. D. Howe & Sons Jewelers. Pasadena lists the building as having historical architectural significance, according to a spokesman for the realtor.

D. S. Ewing Architects revised the front and rear facades of the building. The interior design repeats the existing curved two-story mezzanine with another curve at the rear entry of the building.
