OXNARD : Police Seek 2 Men in Bank Robbery
Police were searching Saturday night for two men in connection with the robbery of an Oxnard branch of Security Pacific Bank earlier in the day, authorities said.
The robbery occurred about 12:45 p.m. at 2831 Saviers Road when a man wearing a red-hooded jacket handed a teller a note warning that he had a gun, according to Oxnard Police Officer Peter Freiburg.
The man then told the teller to give him $20 bills from her drawer, Freiburg said. After taking an undetermined amount of money, the man fled in a yellow older-model Toyota Celica driven by another man, Freiburg said.
