America can overcome its economic problems by helping poor nations develop their infrastructures for a fee.

I propose that a political and educational lobby be formed to promote this plan to Congress and President Bush. “Turn-key” infrastructures in food production, health care, manufacturing and transportation would be exported to friendly nations. This plan would unify U.S. government and industry and fill the gap left by the decreasing need for an American military-industrial complex.

America could regain its economic leadership, and huge new markets and job opportunities would be created.
