Xerox Unit to Sell Insurance Wholesalers: Xerox Financial Services Inc.’s insurance subsidiary has signed an agreement to sell two insurance wholesalers. Crum & Forster Inc. is selling Floyd West & Co. and Floyd West of Louisiana Inc. to Burns & Wilcox Ltd. of Southfield, Mich. The purchase price was not disclosed. The two Floyd West companies provide retail insurance companies access to specialty markets in the Southwest.
