Clean Up East North Hills
Referring to “Gunman Slightly Wounds Two Officers in North Hills” in the Times Valley Edition Dec. 21:
If Joel Wachs and his constituents east of the San Diego Freeway would expend some time and effort in cleaning up their community, perhaps the North Hills community west of the freeway would not treat them as a stepchild and would instead welcome them in a combined community.
