Air Travel Complaints Fall: Air travelers seemed to have little to complain about--at least to the government--during November. The Transportation Department reported that passengers lodged fewer complaints with it during November than in any month in the past 20 years. It said there were 468 complaints about service, 38% fewer than the 642 received in November, 1990, and 21% fewer than the 566 logged in October.
