** 1/2 John Campbell, “One Believer,” Elektra. This debut album plumbs the darker depths of the electric blues while showcasing Campbell’s high-impact guitar work. Sometimes trenchant, his voice is ultimately too limited to fully encompass the terror and desperation in his most interesting songs.
