A $10,000 reward has been established for information leading to the arrest and conviction of two men who shot a customer during a robbery outside a Torrance restaurant.

Harold Murdock III, 27, of Rolling Hills Estates, and Vanessa Dodson, 22, of Torrance were walking to their cars the evening of Jan. 5 after leaving TGI Friday’s when they were confronted by two gunmen, said Torrance Police Lt. Wally Murker. The robbers took Murdock’s wallet and Dodson’s purse, then one shot Murdock in the leg and foot, Murker said. The woman was unhurt.

The robbers may have been driving a silver or light blue compact car with tinted windows.

Murker said that 30 minutes before the robbery at TGI Friday’s, the same men may have robbed the U.S. Postal Service branch office at 18100 Crenshaw Blvd.
