First Woman Picked Office Realtors Chief

Akiko Maeda, founder and president of Pacific Business Properties of Los Angeles, has become the first woman to head the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Greater Los Angeles chapter, in the 41-year history of that organization.

Elected officers serving with Maeda in 1992 are Joseph Faulkner, Knight Frank Faulkner Baillieu, Los Angeles, vice president; Clint Morris, CB Commercial, Torrance, secretary, and Clifford M. Reston, CMB Brokerage, Encino, treasurer.
