Gold Under Treatment: Tracey Gold, 22, who plays Carol Seaver on ABC’s “Growing Pains,” has left the show indefinitely to be treated for anorexia nervosa, TV Guide reports this week. Her father and agent, Harry Gold, says in the magazine that she has been struggling with the eating disorder “for a few years.”
