Wells Fargo Names Vice President

Jeffery Frum has been appointed a vice president of Wells Fargo Bank, based in the Orange Coast Regional Commercial Banking office in Irvine. Frum, who joined the bank in 1983, was promoted to assistant vice president in 1985.
