Midfielder Hugo Perez and defender Marcelo Balboa will be the only regulars with the United States soccer team for games at Costa Rica on Feb. 12 and El Salvador on Feb. 19. Eight of the 16 players picked, including UCLA forward Mark Ibsen, have never played an international game.
