Gang Sentencing
The picture of the hoodlum and his homeboys “holding” court was a chilling sight and only a precursor of the chaos building in Los Angeles if we don’t tackle the problem of mad gangs roaming our county and killing our citizens.
We believe prenatal care pays off in producing a healthy baby; let’s start spending on pre-gang care for our children before we produce another generation of such brutes. We must pay now or pay later.
