UC Irvine drama professors Keith Fowler and Robert Cohen have resigned as co-artistic directors of Theatre 40 in Beverly Hills. Fowler quit Monday, citing “a fundamental disagreement in the company on the structure and principle of artistic direction.” Cohen resigned Jan. 8.
