* Terry Preuit has been appointed director of training for Costa Mesa-based Del Taco. Preuit will be designing and implementing the Del Taco skill-based training programs for company employees and franchises and will be responsible for designing manuals, videos and workbooks for classroom and on-the-job use. Previously, Preuit was manager of management development for Carl Karcher Enterprises in Anaheim and director of training for Thrifty Drug Stores in Los Angeles.
