Authorities on Friday released the identity of a 40-year-old El Cajon man shot to death outside a North Park restaurant on Tuesday.
Joseph Cavada, an engineer, was shot outside of Rudford’s restaurant and was later pronounced dead of gunshot wounds to his head and right shoulder at Mercy Hospital, police said. Arrested in connection with the fatal shooting was Christopher Anthony Klepper, 43, of San Diego.
