Raphael’s Back: Sally Jessy Raphael on Monday taped her first show since her daughter Allison Vladimir’s death two weeks ago and received a standing ovation from the 200 people in her New York City studio audience. The show featuring guest Tom Arnold airs Thursday on KCAL Channel 9 at 2 p.m. Raphael left before the show ended, unable to watch a montage of Vladimir’s photos put together by her show’s staff. Earlier, Raphael had told the audience: “I would like all of you to know I could not possibly be standing here without the love and comfort you have expressed to me through the cards and letters.”
