LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby & MacRae partner Carl Hobelman has moved to the West Coast to become managing partner of the firm’s Los Angeles office. He succeeds Richard Berman.

Since 1979, Hobelman has served as the managing partner of LeBoeuf, Lamb’s Washington, D. C. office. He is an expert in energy law.
