Coast Guard Reports Aid to 23 Arriving Cubans

MIAMI —
Coast Guard patrols assisted 23 Cuban immigrants in two boats found approaching Florida. A 25-foot vessel found about eight miles southeast of Miami on Sunday contained 17 Cubans, the Coast Guard said. Six others aboard a disabled boat were picked up late Friday about three miles south of Key West.
