Babar: The Movie (Disney Sunday at 11:30 a.m.) With all the approaches that could have been taken in adapting the classic Jean and Laurent de Brunhoff books about Babar the Elephant, the filmmakers chose to make it an elephant action-adventure with the clear influences of “Indiana Jones” and “Crocodile Dundee.” Still, this feature-length cartoon is a warm , family elephant action-adventure best appreciated by the very young.

The Music Teacher (Bravo Monday at 8 p.m., Tuesday at 1 a.m.) This 1988 Belgian film was designed as a vehicle for opera singer Jose Van Dam, who plays a tragic baritone--suffering saint, unspoken lover and musical martinet--amid much splendor prior to World War I.
