Gang Member Killed in North Hollywood
A 23-year-old gang member was fatally shot Sunday morning outside his brother’s North Hollywood home, police said.
The body of Rigoberto Diaz-Lopez, who was shot once in the upper torso, was discovered about 7 a.m. at the end of the driveway of the home in the 6900 block of Radford Avenue, Los Angeles Police Detective Sonny Medina said.
Diaz-Lopez was a known member of a local gang, Medina said, but no motive for the shooting has been determined.
