LOOK EAST: Yorba Linda is home to the Richard Nixon Library & Birthplace, but the library goes on the road next week in search of a higher national profile. . . . The library is holding a conference in Washington assembling a “who’s who” of the Nixon Administration, including Cabinet secretaries Henry A. Kissinger and James R. Schlesinger, plus Nixon’s former ambassador to the United Nations: George Bush. Library director John Taylor says the conference on post-Cold War challenges is the library’s first outside California.
