‘Lambs’ Not So Silent: Showtime pay-cable channel racked up the highest rating ever among its 10 million subscribers with a March 1 showing of “Silence of the Lambs.” The 18.3 rating and 24% audience share registered by the A.C. Nielsen Co. beat all other programming sources in Showtime homes that night, including the commercial networks. “Lambs” topped another movie blockbuster, “Dances With Wolves,” which was Showtime’s previous ratings champ with a 17.2 rating.
