Milken Settlement Delayed: A court hearing to consider a proposed $1.3-billion settlement of claims against Drexel Burnham Lambert and financier Michael Milken was delayed while the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. continues its review of the pact. U.S. District Judge Milton Pollack postponed the hearing, which was scheduled for Friday afternoon, until Monday after the FDIC rejected the settlement Thursday.
