Gasoline Prices Dip: Average U.S. retail gasoline prices fell in the week ending Tuesday, making them 4.6 cents a gallon cheaper since the first of the year, the American Automobile Assn. said in a survey. The price for a gallon of self-serve regular unleaded dropped 0.5 cent, to $1.051, for the week. At the beginning of January, the price was $1.097. Except for two weeks in February, the average price has dropped every week this year.
