FALLBROOK : Band Teacher Pleads Not Guilty in Rapes
A Fallbrook High School band teacher accused of raping two of his students pleaded not guilty Tuesday.
Kevin McLean, 32, a band teacher at the school for a year, was arraigned in Vista Superior Court on five counts of unlawful sexual intercourse, three counts of oral copulation of a person under 18 and three counts of digital penetration in a hearing before Judge Thomas Whelan.
McLean is accused of having sexual intercourse with two of his band students on five separate occasions--including with a 17-year-old in the band room during practice hours.
