Soprano Change: Soprano Leona Mitchell will replace Antonella Banaudi in the Verdi Requiem when it is presented by the Los Angeles Philharmonic April 2, 4 and 5 at the Music Center, with Zubin Mehta conducting. The Italian soprano is reportedly ill, but her management provided no details.
