* * 1/2 Various artists, “Music From the Motion Picture ‘Wayne’s World,’ ” Reprise. The amiable silliness of the movie may prompt you to relive it through this all-star collection of mostly pop-metal, featuring both the old and the new. Jimi Hendrix’s “Foxy Lady,” Red Hot Chili Pepper’s “Sikamikanico” and Black Sabbath’s “Time Machine” are the class of this package, which also descends to the depths--two dreadful Tia Carrere songs and Cinderella’s “Hot and Botherered.”
Albums are rated on a scale one star (poor) to four (excellent).
