Ex-Hostage Raises Funds to Aid Torture Victims

LONDON —
Former hostage Brian Keenan presented a check to a center for torture victims Friday, and called for the government to support the cause.
The $4,275 for the foundation was raised at a concert in Ireland staged by the Brian Keenan Trust.
