Voit Cos. Chosen to Manage 3 Properties

The Voit Cos., a Woodland Hills-based property management firm, said it has been selected to manage three major commercial properties in Orange and San Diego counties that total nearly 500,000 square feet.

The properties are the CommerceCenter Anaheim, an office, retail and industrial complex formerly known as the Raymond Commerce Center; One Carlsbad Research Center, an office project in Carlsbad, and Koll Otay Mesa, an office center in Otay Mesa in San Diego County.

Voit also named Art Smith as the new supervisor of property management operations in Orange and San Diego counties. He previously was based at Voit’s headquarters where he oversaw the management of properties owned by various Voit partnerships.
