Novelty Gift Maker to Repurchase Stock

With Design In Mind International Inc. of Chatsworth said its board of directors has authorized the company to repurchase up to 500,000 shares of its common stock on the open market in the period ending Feb. 28, 1993. As of March 20, the company had 3.77 million shares outstanding.

With Design is a maker of novelty gift items sold through catalogues, in department stores and by specialty retailers. It also sells three-dimensional video display units and licenses its 3-D system to arcade game-maker Sega Enterprises Inc.
