* Paul A. Ricci has been named president of Xerox Corp.’s Advanced Office Document Services.

It is one of nine business divisions established as part of announced changes in the company’s document processing structure. The division headed by Ricci will have its headquarters in Palo Alto.

Its mission is to develop sophisticated document services enabling documents to move easily between paper and electronic mediums.
