Deal for Security Pacific Branches: KeyCorp of Albany, N.Y., and West One Bancorp of Boise, Ida., agreed to buy for an undisclosed sum 86 Security Pacific branches in Washington and Oregon that must be divested for antitrust reasons before the Los Angeles bank combines with San Francisco-based BankAmerica. KeyCorp agreed to buy 48 Security Pacific branches with $1.5 billion in deposits and $700 million in loans. West One is buying 38 Security Pacific branches with $1.3 billion in deposits and $800 million in loans. West One also is buying three B of A branches in Oregon with $54 million in deposits as part of the deal.
