PARADISE SOUTH? The Rancho Santa Margarita planned community at the base of Saddleback Mountain will get national exposure on tonight’s ABC news show “20/20.” Programmers are touting the segment this way: “Schools, supermarkets and swimming pools just steps away. But is it Shangri-La?” Diane Gaynor of the Santa Margarita Co., its master planner, says residents are excited about seeing how their town is depicted. . . . “We’ve never claimed to be Shangri-La,” she says. “We just think it’s a great place to live.”
